Job Description
30% Voice (US Outbound) + 70% Non-Voice (Web Research) – Non-Tech Process
Junior Analyst: Less than 1 year experience
Senior Analysts: 1-3 yrs experience
Desired Candidate Profile
• Under graduate / Graduate with good spoken and written English.
• Fresher’s welcome, although preference will be given to candidates with at least 6 months experience in an international call centre (US campaigns involving use of addresses).
• Excellent working knowledge of the World Wide Web (research / analytics)
• Excellent Analytical and Reasoning Capabilities
• Clarity of speech with neutral accent
• Typing speed of a minimum of 40 words per minute
• Able to self-check work & produce output which is consistent & accurate as per the defined guidelines

Job Description
The candidates (referred to as Agents) will be required to validate records by conducting extensive online research to gather / cross-check information in business listings as per the following process:
• Agents will log into Client's online tool to retrieve a business listing (“listing”) to review
• Agents will refer to and go to the website provided in the listing’s information
• Agents will verify a listing’s various attributes available on that website, following Client’s provided guidelines and policies for each attribute.
• Agents will determine if the listing’s information is complete. If not enough information is found, agents will call the listing’s associated business to obtain and verify listing’s information.
• If applicable, agents will provide notes or comments related to the listing within Client's online tool.
• Agents will mark / dispose the case as applicable
• Initial work may involve 70% time allocation for research and 30% for calling.
