     Advisory Account Support Associates (ASA)


    What is the ASA role?

    The ASA role improves account team efficiency and effectiveness through the performance of key project management and coordination activities.
    There are following types of technical services offered by Advisory:
    1. Risk (Internal Audit)
    2. Performance Improvement
    3. Information Technology Risk and Assurance (ITRA)
    4. Information Technology Advisory Services (ITAS)
    5. Data Analytics (DA)
    ASA team helps in account coordination, project management, financial analysis, data compliance requirements and other miscellaneous administrative tasks that do not require client-serving technical judgment related to above service lines.
    Role of ASA :
    1. ASAs enhance service delivery by ensuring that deadlines are met, the project is efficiently managed, and there is proactive coordination /communication
    2. Provide support to advisory technical team members
    3. Assist with matters related to fees and billings, invoicing, budgets
    4. Ensure proper and efficient team communications
    5. Perform non-technical  planning and organizational tasks for the account
    6. Ensure that all required documentation is filed and archived
    7. Support efforts to develop and maintain client relationships
    8. Reporting and preparing Dashboards for client team including senior leadership
    9. One-time tasks, ad hoc reporting, etc.
    Background:
    ASA team was set up 3 years back. Currently, there is a team of more than 50 professionals in Gurgaon and 8 in Bangalore. The vision is to expand the scope and reach of ASA services to new geographies, add new work-types, growing the Bangalore ASA team in the process. This would bring tremendous learning and growth opportunities for the people with right attitude and required skills.


    Job Specification
    Qualification & Experience:  
    A Graduate, preferably Bcom/BBA/Economics Graduates (No post-graduation experience required)
    0-2  years general business experience with an exposure to international work environment would be an advantage
    IT Skills - experience of using MS Office PC based system
