Job Description :- 

UK / Australian - Insurance Process. 

  • Inbound Customer Service Calls from UK/ Australian Customers.
  • To provide timely and effective resolutions to customer\'s queries.
  • Provide customer service with the human interface, identify and understand customer need.
  • Ability to provide effective and achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
  • To achieve the productivity target.


UK- Ticketing and Reservations Process:-
 


  • Helping customers in booking air tickets and providing reservations.
  • To provide timely and effective resolutions to customer\'s queries.
  • Up-selling reservation's for UK customer's
  • Ability to provide effective and achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
  • To achieve the productivity target.


Eligibility:
 


  • Graduates : Experienced / Freshers.
  • Undergraduates: min 6 months experience would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
  • Willing to work in UK / Australian & 24*7 shifts.
  • Basic understanding about computers.
  • B.E, B.Tech,M.E & M. Tech are not eligible.
