Team Member _ Credit Control : With one of our Esteemed Client in KPOs The RedWood Horizon

    • Proactive management of brokers accounts to ensure they operate within their credit terms.
    • Receiving payments from brokers and allocating it accordingly to respective policies.
    • Lapsing policies after necessary checks.
    • Query investigation on broker accounts, deal with incoming calls from brokers and deal with their queries and inquiries.
    • Raise queries with underwriters and call brokers with resolutions and sort out issues.
    • Call brokers and discuss outstanding policies.
    • Build excellent relationship with brokers, branches and onshore teams
    • Send emails and keep records of respective brokers performance in reference to payments.
    • Minimizing the value of premiums that remain outstanding even after the credit terms have ended.
    • Chasing High Premium policies in the first week of the month and confirming with brokers for them to be paid.
    • Chase suspense account items (CTA items) in the first week of the month and get them cleared immediately.
    • Should be able to work in a team to achieve Team Goals.
    • To take process related initiatives. Eg. Preparing internal reports/MI
    • To generate Process Improvement ideas
    • Be able to handle various functions involving allocation of broker accounts
    • lapsing of policies
    • Chasing of accounts via telephone or emails/faxes.
    • Proactive broker account management to ensure reduction in debt level.
Education and Experience
    Commerce graduate from a recognized University or
    Any Graduate however with prior BPO/ collection process calling experience

    Key Skills and Competencies

    • Good communication skills required Frame correct and complete sentences, Telephone and Email etiquettes
    • Good Probing and complaints handling skills
    • Assertiveness to enable better premium collection.
    • Good reasoning ability
    • Should be able to work under pressure
    • Ability to Identify process improvement opportunities
    • Team player and ready to work with the team

    Proficient in MS-Office applications
    Excellent key board skills to ensure fast and accurate processing of data
    Exposure to accounting packages/tools/software will be added advantage.

    Language Skills
    Fluency in English - speaking, reading and writing
