Bangalore RedBus Walkin

    This is an individual role responsible for providing customer service through E-Mails and providing refund services.

    Primary Tasks:

    Provide customer support and issue resolution to email queries via E-Mail and following up on it if not addressed immediately. 
    Provide refund services for all cancellation of bus tickets within specified timelines.
    Deliver world class customer service and build customer delight and loyalty.
    Provide end to end solution to customer issue/complaints within specified timelines
    Complete daily reports by tracking all service requests. 
    Identify customer trends and highlights them to the Team Lead.

    Desired Profile:

    0-3 Years of Experience in a BPO/backend team
    Experience of writing professional emails to customers
    Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
