Position:- HR Executive -  Recruitment

Experience:- Fresher

Qualification:- B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Sc/ BCA/ MBA/ MCA

Salary:- 8 to 10kpm / Based on candidate performance in the interview+ Incentives, incentives totally depends on candidate work performance

Job Responsibilities:- 
Sourcing, Screening & Short-listing profiles based on the specifications of the requirement.
Interacting with the team members regarding the requirements.
Should responsible for sending daily, weekly & Monthly reports to the Managing Director.
Job posting and mass-mailing for various requirement in job portals & social Network.
Responsible for Maintenance of internal data base.
Maintenance of Recruitment information systems
Regular follow ups with the Offered candidates for Offer acceptance and date of Joining
