    - Ensuring high quality services, resulting in customer delight by extensive interaction with Customers and quick resolution of problems.

    Solicit Customer inquiries.

    Coordinating with other team members to ensure smooth functioning of operations.

    Facilitating Customers who are differently able or have special service requests.

    Facilitating VIPs and CIPs.

    Ensuring compliance with predefined standards of customer service by the organization to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.

    0 to 2 year experience in customer experience in Travel or Airlines Field (candidates having customer facing experience will be preferable

    Great at resolving conflict

    Effective Coordination Skills

    Pleasing Personality and sound communication skills 

    Must be flexible with travelling/ Field job.

    Skill Set- Should be confident, patient, and presentable.

    Age Criteria- 18- 30 max
